Welcome to our rugby events page, which gives the lowdown on upcoming fixtures, training sessions and all other rugby related events. Our season runs in two chunks, from September to November and from March to July, so you may find that this page goes rather quiet during the really cold and really hot Beijing months. But if you check out our social events page you’ll find that the Devils are always busy with something even when the season has wound down. We welcome new players, supporters and high quality journalists to all our fixtures so come down and get involved at our next match or training session!

Devils round off an undefeated season by securing the Yellow Sea Cup!!!10 November, Dulwich, 2 pm
For the 3rd year successive year, the Beijing Devils are Yellow Sea Champions with a 20-3 win over Shanghai Hairy Crabs at Dulwich. In cold damp conditions, a hard fought win was set up by two early tries. Sublime quick ball by the forwards set up the direct running Samoan centre sensation Louis Ofele to cross over near the posts on both occasions. Goal kicking scrum half Rhys Evans duly slotted the extra points on offer with direct confident post bound strikes. A further two penalties in the second half by the now imperious Evans consolidated the win. ” The guys ran tries into the corners in Seoul, made me look like a right chump with the boot. Much better today, I’m a happy bunny. It’s about time they made me look good”. Evans evidently upbeat with his home performance that earned a deserved Man of the Match award. Overcome with pride, Evans spontaeously burst into a rendition of ageing valleys warbler Tom Jones’ Delilah, My My My indeed!
